Shipping & Handling
Orders are processed and shipped within about 48 business hours. Orders placed Monday through Friday ship same day when received before 5PM. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday, since carriers do not pick up on Saturday or Sunday.
Once shipped, expect delivery in 2 to 3 business days on the West Coast and 3 to 7 business days on the East Coast, depending on your location. Tracking is emailed as soon as your label is created.
If tracking shows delivered and you cannot locate your package, check with your local carrier first. Packages are often left with a neighbor or in a nearby mailbox. If it still does not turn up, email Threadzboutique2020@gmail.com and we will open a case with the carrier.
